- The call doesn't go through
- Due to the communication environment, the other party may not be able to receive or answer the call
properly. Please wait a while and try again, or try in a Wi-Fi environment.
- Where can I buy coins?
- You can purchase coins from [Get Coins] in User Page.
- Are there any phone charges?
- here is no separate phone charge, but a set number of coins will be consumed. communication charges will
apply, so we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.
- The ringtone doesn't ring
- Please try closing and restarting the app, as this may improve the situation.
- Audio and video during video calls are not displayed
- Please check whether the app is allowed to use the camera and microphone.
- The other person can't hear me
- The playback volume on the other person's side may be muted or not all the way up. Also, please check that
it is allowed in [Settings > Privacy > Microphone].
- Audio is delayed/video is frozen
- Your internet speed or memory may be insufficient. Please restart your smartphone. Also, please check that
the playback volume is not muted.
- My post disappeared without me noticing
- Posts that violate the terms of service, any laws, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate will be removed.
- The app is behaving strangely
- Please try restarting the app or device, reinstalling the app, or updating the OS.
- I would like to get a refund or cash out my coins
- Sorry, but we cannot accept refunds (cancellations) after coins have been purchased. Please read the terms
of use and make sure you understand them before purchasing.
